  All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms. You must promptly notify jt77 of any changes to your registered contact details.

  Your jt77 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, share your login credentials, or conduct transactions on your behalf. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money features on jt77 you must complete the account registration process using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. jt77 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to pass KYC may result in account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on jt77 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). jt77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion fees. Deposits are credited promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jt77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems or scheduled maintenance windows. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jt77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds. Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.

  Disconnection Policy

  In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jt77 and the relevant game provider will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded game state. Where this is not technically possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. jt77 is not liable for losses caused by network issues on the player's side.

  Disputed Results

  If you believe a game result or settled bet is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant game or event. To raise a dispute, contact jt77 support via the email address listed on the Platform and provide your account details, the game or event in question, and the nature of your dispute. jt77 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

Account Suspension and Termination

jt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jt77 determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; the account has been used for fraudulent purposes or in connection with money laundering or other illegal activities; or there is any other conduct that jt77 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

You may request the closure of your jt77 account at any time by contacting support via the email address listed on the Platform. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification. jt77 reserves the right to retain records of closed accounts for compliance and legal purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jt77 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of jt77 or its content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jt77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jt77's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jt77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jt77 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any outage or technical failure but does not guarantee any specific uptime level. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

jt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jt77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via SMS or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
